When you submit an enquiry via our website we store your, name, date of birth, phone number and email address and any additional relevant personal information.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, including providing you with personalised information about our services.
2.1.3 What do we do with your information?
Your information and enquiry are stored on a password protected email server and held there until such time as we need to contact you regarding the commencement of driving lessons or other services. Once you have engaged in driving lessons your information will be submitted to the AA Driving School database for the creation of a pupil profile through which funds can be added to an account for your to purchase driving lessons. AA customer service teams are based in the United Kingdom.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

We may email, call or contact you via SMS after your initial enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered all your queries to your satisfaction. We will do this based on the consent you explicitly provide when you submit your enquiry.

We will keep information you provide to sign up to the wait list for as long as it takes for you to reach the top of the list. If you no longer require lessons your information will be deleted.
If you proceed with lessons we will keep your personal information stored safely for the duration of your driving lessons.

When there is an opening and you are signed up for lessons we will ask you for some, or all, of the following: your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and date of birth.

I require this information to register you with the AA as a learner pupil so that I may deliver driving lessons to you.
2.2.3 What do we do with your information?
Your information is stored on AA servers, which are based within the UK and European Union. Your payment card details are sent directly to a third-party payment processor which is based in the UK or EU. I do not receive or retain your credit card details.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
2.2.4 How long do we keep your information for?
We will retain your personal data for as long as you are an active customer plus 6 complete financial years of the company from your last recorded activity.
3. Your rights as a data subject
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
